Job summary
Sinclair Malaysia is seeking a Clinical Facilitator & Practice Development Specialist to support physician capability, implement treatment methodologies, and lead educational initiatives for Sinclair aesthetic brands. You will reinforce structured injection methodologies through workshops, follow-ups, and clinical support, coordinating events and clinician engagement.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, aesthetics or marketing.
- 3–5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical/device industry, clinical training, event coordination or practice development.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate clinical education and training workshops for Sinclair brands in Malaysia.
- Coordinate post-workshop reinforcement and follow-up with physicians.
- Support practice development by integrating Sinclair treatments into daily clinic workflows.
- Manage local educational events, workshops and KOL engagements.
- Prepare post-event reports and training summaries; ensure regulatory compliance.
