Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Malaysia seeks a Material Planner to ensure timely availability of spares and parts, supporting production demand and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with suppliers, OEMs and operations to optimize inventory and reduce lead times while complying with internal policies.

Key requirements include a Diploma/Degree in SCM, 3–5 years in material planning (aerospace preferred), strong MRP knowledge, SAP ERP experience, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in SCM or related field.
• 3–5 years material planning experience in aerospace/aviation MRO or manufacturing.
• Strong MRP, inventory control, and procurement knowledge.
• Experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure spares and rework parts to meet TAT and production commitments for assigned product lines.
• Translate forecast and historical usage into provisioning plans aligned with demand.
• Monitor production schedules and provide material availability updates to Operations and Customer Service.
