Job summary

MonetizeMore in a fully remote setup seeks an experienced Business Operations / Project Manager with a strong AdTech background to transform informal workflows into scalable processes. You will own cross-functional project management infrastructure, govern SOPs, and enable product launches with data-driven dashboards and AI-assisted documentation, partnering with Product and executive leadership.

The role emphasizes Kaizen, data discipline, Notion tracking, and enterprise client enablement,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in process, project management or business operations, preferably in AdTech or SaaS.
• Experience coordinating across product, sales, and engineering teams.
• Data-driven with ability to build structured reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with SFDC and enterprise client workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Kaizen & SOP governance to standardize processes and ownership.
• Maintain Notion project tracker and ensure cross-functional visibility.
• Support product rollout processes and repeatable operational models.
• Coordinate data and documentation needs across departments; surface blockers.
