Job summary

Opulent Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a purchasing administrator to handle daily paperwork, prepare and release POs based on approved PRs in the K3 system, and update the ERP with approved prices.

The role requires attention to detail, good Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers. Office-based role with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM/Certificate.
• Good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Filing skill and attention to detail.
• Willingness to accept new assignment.
• Able to read, write & speak English & Mandarin fluently.
• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
