Job summary

Beaute Mori Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily stock movement, update the system, and coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to ensure smooth operation flow.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in the related field, at least Higher Secondary/STPM or equivalent, owns transport, and shows a friendly, fast-learning, responsible attitude to support accurate inventory and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Transportation or equivalent.
• Have own transport.
• Friendly character, Fast learner, Responsible person is prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Daily update receiving and outgoing into system and submit documents to the management
• To monitor stock movement and keep record of stock items
• Maintain receipts, records and prepare inventory/coding list
• Coordinating with internal staff as well as external vendors and contractors to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services through the operation flow
• Prepare operational reports and documents
• Any other duties as assigned by the respective manager
