Job summary

Hello! We are Chop Tong Guan Sdn. Bhd., leading and most preferred fresh fruits imported and distributor in Malaysia.

We provide one-stop solution services to all major supermarkets, retailers and wholesalers for the supply of fresh fruits, from importation, storage and repacking to reefer logistic and distribution. Fresh fruits are imported from around the world, including North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia!

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative and clerical duties.
• Prepare, organize and maintain company documents and records.
• Handle data entry, filing and document processing.
• Assist in preparing reports, forms and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding administrative matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.
• Work hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM | 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)
