Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a proactive HR coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate foreign worker applications, recruitment, onboarding, and documentation. You will liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and authorities to ensure timely processing and compliance.

You will also manage vendor contracts, onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day recruitment agency relations, ensuring operational continuity and accurate reporting on workforce matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ideally, have at least 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency or a similar role focusing on stakeholder management and contract administration.
• Willing to learn and possess the right motivation and drive for the role scope.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, self-reliance, quick learning ability, meticulous attention to detail, and adept analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing Google tools like Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate foreign worker applications, recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
• Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing and compliance.
• Manage vendor contracts, including onboarding, review, renewal, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely contract execution and renewal.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with recruitment agencies and BPO vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, manpower fulfilment, and service delivery to meet business requirements.
• Manage daily BPO hiring requirements, including manpower requests, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
• Work with business units to monitor headcount and manage agent contract renewals to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reports on contracts, vendors, hiring, and workforce matters.
• Support ad-hoc manpower-related projects and operational initiatives as required.
