Job summary

ALPHA PET TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Store Executive to support daily office operations and warehouse activities in Malacca. The role involves admin tasks, data entry, handling invoices, and ensuring accurate sales order confirmations.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, and shipping orders, stock checking, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining records. Fresh graduates are welcome; overtime may be required. Benefits include EPF/SOCSO/EIS and annual leave.

Qualifications

Experience with warehouse/store operations is preferred.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Willing to work overtime as required.
Ability to communicate across all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

Assist daily office operations.
Handle admin and clerical tasks.
Process delivery notes and invoices; perform matching.
Confirm sales orders to ensure accurate recording.
Enter data and maintain relevant records/documents.
Liaise with suppliers and sourcing materials.
Store duties: receiving, unpacking, labeling, put-away and data entry for goods receipts.
Pack and ship orders for delivery.
Check and update stock inventory in the warehouse.
Ensure all activities are recorded and data is updated timely.
Monitor weekly stock issued from store and re-order as needed.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
