Job summary

tHe Spring in Kuching is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to handle leasing-related tasks and operate our property management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

You will update leasing reports, tenant profiles, and performance reviews, maintain monthly/quarterly tenant data, prepare letters and notices, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Basic accounting knowledge with numerical/analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data/reports
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Job description

Handle leasing-related administrative tasks and operate property management systems according to management requirements.

Assist in updating leasing reports, tenant profiles, and performance reviews.

Maintain and update monthly and quarterly tenant performance data.

Assist in the preparation of letters, notices, reports, and internal communications as needed.

Manage tenants’ monthly sales report submissions within the property management system.

Liaise with inter-departments and external parties on administrative and coordination matters.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounts, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience, preferably with exposure to Accounts or Leasing.
• Possess basic accounting knowledge, with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, particularly when handling numerical data and reports.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and reliably.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
