Ten Talentum Initiative Sdn. Bhd. seeks a dedicated administrator to represent the organisation externally, manage volunteering and internship programmes, and support governance and compliance efforts.
You will coordinate internal processes, track key documents, and assist the CEO and Board with strategic plans and risk management, while strengthening communications across departments.
Represent the organisation in external engagements with agencies, churches, and strategic partners.
Prepare and disseminate critical information to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and develop the volunteers’ and internship programmes.
Engage in outreach and community relations activities with churches and other organisations, including establishing local SIA chapters.
Develop and implement strategies to communicate the Bible Mission effectively and to enhance the organisations branding.
Provide general administrative support to the General Secretary/CEO and the organisation, including organising meetings and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively track, file, archive and retrieve key business information for future reference, including contracts and business documents.
Coordinate internal processes involving other departments for reviews, evaluations and escalations, not limited to implementing new processes and documentation to improve workflow, governance, and compliance.
Ensure compliance to Singapore regulations, laws and statutory requirements, and responding to local authorities when necessary.
Work with the Data Protection Officer to ensure whole organisation compliance to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Support the Board in their role to ensure governance and oversight of the organisation.
Work with the Board and Management to produce Business Continuity and Risk Management plans.
Facilitate internal communications to disseminate policies and directives to other departments and business units.
Work closely with all internal departments and coordinate activities to ensure activities meet the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Monitor the progress of key assignments as directed by the General Secretary/CEO, following up with relevant parties when necessary.
Support the organisations fundraising efforts including exploring alternative sources of funding and grants.
Develop strategic plans and initiatives that enhance the organisations capability, capacity and productivity.
Conduct sector research and trend assessments to identify opportunities and assess how data could be relevant to enhance the organisations programmes and operations.
Any other duties as assigned by the General Secretary/ CEO.
Diplomaor Degree in any field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent command of English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong skills in formal business writing and correspondence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Confident in dealing with people at all levels of seniority.
A self-starter who is detail-oriented and can multi-task under tight deadlines.
High level of integrity and discretion; positive and teachable attitude.
