Job summary

AGV Environment Sdn Bhd is seeking an Admin Executive to drive growth in environmental, sustainability, and ESG consulting services. The role focuses on understanding client needs, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will coordinate with management, operations and technical teams, conduct market research, generate leads, prepare tender documents, and track progress toward sales targets. Fresh graduates welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa
• Experience in full marketing/sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Job description

The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of AGV Group’s environmental, health, safety and sustainability consulting services. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for consulting services offered by AGV.

Responsibilities include but not limited to following:

Develop a good understanding of the current and future client needs and requirements

Build relationships with prospective clients

Prospect for new clients by identifying and researching potential clients and industries to target

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking and referrals.

Collaborate with internal teams such as the management, operations and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for business development

Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Propose and develop new consulting service offerings that may be of interest to clients based on market trends

Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges.

Prepare tender/bid documents for submission

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication on both English and Bahasa.

Experience in full marketing/sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
