Job summary

KYB-UMW Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Administration Clerk to support day-to-day administrative tasks, liaise with external parties, and coordinate travel and shipments. The role includes preparing DHL AWBs, arranging travel, and maintaining vehicle documents such as insurance and road tax renewals.

You will assist meetings by taking minutes and handle ad hoc tasks as requested by management, contributing to efficient office operations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Assist in carrying out administrative duties.
• Liaise with external parties on administrative matters.
• Prepare DHL Air Waybills (AWB) and manage shipment arrangements.
• Make flight ticket reservations and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Manage maintenance of company vehicles, including insurance and road tax renewals.
• Assist meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Perform ad hoc task and as per request by management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative operations.
