Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Card Administrator to manage and monitor fleet card activities, including ordering, activation, blocking, and replacements. You will handle limits, transactions, subsidy-related issues, and invoicing using AutoCount Accounting Systems.

Daily reporting and customer liaison will be key parts of your role in ensuring accurate billing and timely payments. The position requires careful record-keeping, cross-functional coordination with fuel providers,

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all fleet card-related activities including card ordering, activation, blocking and replacement of cards.
• Monitor customers’ fleet card limits and process limit changes when required.
• Liaise with new and existing customers regarding fleet card matters, including card usage, limits, transactions and payment status.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and relevant fleet card reports to customers.
• Liaise with customers and relevant parties regarding fleet card transactions and payment issues.
• Manage customer billing and invoicing using AutoCount Accounting Systems for fuel card transactions.
• Prepare invoices based on the fuel price after subsidy and ensure the correct charges are billed to customers.
• Check and verify fuel card transactions before issuing invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up on overdue payments.
• Ensure fleet cards are properly managed and have the applicable subsidy reflected accordingly.
• Liaise with fuel providers when there are issues related to subsidy, fuel card transactions or card services.
• Maintain proper records of fleet card accounts, customer transactions, invoices and payments.
• Perform any other duties related to fleet card management, customer billing and administrative matters as assigned by management.
