• Manage product portfolio and reorder replenishment between suppliers, factories, principals and branches.
• Plan market and stock to ensure accurate delivery and timely replenishment.
• Oversee daily branch orders and manage the purchase order process.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure on-time deliveries and confirm lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize holdings to support promotions and objectives.
• Analyze sell-out versus replenishment data to optimize inventory KPIs.

Job description

Minimum qualification of SPM. Fresh graduates with any Diploma are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

No work experience required, but prior knowledge in ordering/planning or purchasing is an advantage.

Analyze sell-out vs replenishment data to optimize inventory holding within established KPIs and provide ongoing support to internal and external parties.
