Job summary

Koong Woh Tong Sdn Bhd (恭和堂) invites a detail-oriented Data Entry / Admin Clerk to join their Malaysia-based team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on data entry, document control, and supporting Production and QC with reports.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience, Mandarin fluency, and basic computer skills, and is able to work alternate Saturdays and public holidays at the Cheras site.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking Mandarin.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work alternate Saturdays and Public Holidays.
• Willing to work at Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating and entering data.
• Support the daily work of the Production and QC departments, including data and report preparation.
• Check and verify data and documents to ensure they are accurate and complete.
• Organize and maintain documents and records properly.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
