Job summary

Koong Woh Tong Sdn Bhd (恭和堂) seeks friendly outlet staff to prepare and serve herbal drinks and related products. You will handle cash and electronic payments, keep the shop clean, and assist with stock while following SOPs.

You will join a team, work in shifts including weekends and public holidays, and contribute to smooth daily operations as the company expands its retail network across Malaysia and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Neat appearance, friendly, and good communication skills.
• Able to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks/herbal products per company standards.
• Handle cash and electronic payments.
• Keep the outlet clean and tidy.
