Job summary

Koong Woh Tong Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Area Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations across outlets and deliver outstanding customer service.

The role requires coordinating store teams, maintaining merchandising standards, and working with head office. Applicants should have a minimum SPM, at least 3 years in a related role, and be willing to travel between outlets in Malaysia. Fluency in BM, Mandarin, and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM certification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
• Experience in F&B chain/restaurant service is an added advantage.
• Must be able to travel between outlets and have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operational activities.
• Achieve and maintain excellent customer service quality.
• Maintain high merchandising display standards.
• Mentor and motivate team members for good teamwork.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Manage security matters related to stock and cash handling.
• Uphold outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operational activities
• Achieve and maintain excellent customer service quality at all times
• Maintain high standards in the presentation of merchandising displays
• Mentor and motivate team members to promote good teamwork
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage all security matters related to stock and cash handling
• Uphold outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Liaise with Head Office and immediate superior for feedback and reporting
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification
• Basic computer knowledge
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a related field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Experience in Food & Beverage chain/restaurant service is an added advantage
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays (replacement leave will be given)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between assigned outlets
