Job summary

Assured Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our Kepong team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will handle documents, calls, emails, and maintain office systems while assisting other departments as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome, with preference for Microsoft Office and Autocount familiarity, and ISO 9001:2015 understanding.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Autocount system (Preferably) & understand ISO 9001:2015.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.

About the role
Assured Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
