Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION YANGTZE RIVER (M) SDN. BHD.

is seeking an Administration Officer to coordinate daily office operations, communicate with local departments and suppliers, manage the receipt and dispatch of office supplies, and handle meeting room registrations. You will supervise hygiene of workers’ living areas, read meters for utilities, maintain fixed assets, compile monthly expense ledgers, and support sick employees and team events.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
