Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and incidents related to ADS.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements for ADS services.
• Conduct root cause analyses for incidents and problems.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline ADS operations.
• Lead transformation initiatives for the ADS ecosystem.

Skills

Experience with Microsoft Identity technologies

Proficiency in Azure AD, AD Connect, ADFS

Strong analytical skills

Knowledge of server virtualization technologies

Understanding of ITIL framework
