Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Active Directory Operations Manager to lead a regional team and ensure AD reliability and security.

You will oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AD services, enforce IAM and audit policies, monitor performance, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to meet SLAs. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role with regional coverage.
• Hands-on experience with AD components and IAM principles.
• Experience with cloud-based directory services; Azure AD preferred.
• Fluent/multilingual capabilities are desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AD administrators and support engineers.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory services.
• Act as escalation point for AD issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure security best practices for AD; manage privileged access and audit policies.
• Monitor AD performance and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
• Develop and manage related budget; allocate resources to meet deadlines.
