Astro Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & AI Platform Lead to manage Hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID, integrate enterprise apps, and implement MFA/CA policies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise AI, machine learning, or Generative AI solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strong experience with Entra ID, Hybrid Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and identity federation technologies.
• Experience managing enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security, governance, compliance, and data privacy principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments across the enterprise.
• Integrate enterprise apps using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SSO technologies.
• Implement and maintain MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity issues.
• Monitor and maintain Azure services for performance, availability and reliability.
• Govern Azure resources and ensure security/compliance alignment.
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Support Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and Copilot capabilities.
• Oversee Windows and Linux/Unix servers, on‑prem infrastructure, patching and hardening.
• Lead vendor management, project delivery, and enterprise governance for AI initiatives.
• Develop and integrate AI-driven business solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Copilot Studio.
