Job summary

RGP Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, monitor AR/AP and GL, coordinate annual audits, and lead a small finance team to ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MICPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, SST, and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate annual audits, tax submissions, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators.
• Assist in budget planning, financial analysis, and business performance monitoring.
• Review and improve internal controls, financial processes, and procedures.
• Supervise and guide finance staff in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and relevant legislation.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
