Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting professional with 1–3 years of relevant experience. A Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and LCCI qualification is an advantage.
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and MS Office, plus good understanding of basic accounting principles, is essential. You will handle daily transactions, prepare invoices and receipts, maintain records, perform month‑end close tasks, and assist with payroll.

Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and official receipts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
Perform data entry and ensure all accounting entries are properly recorded.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Prepare monthly management reports, schedules, and relevant accounting reports.
Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing accounts.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties when required.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
Assist with payroll, staff claims, petty cash, and other administrative accounting matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Perform any other accounting and finance duties assigned by the management.
