Job summary

Accurate Trading Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Malaysia invites qualified candidates for the Accounts Receivable – Account Executive role. You will prepare and issue invoices and financial documents, monitor payments, and support SST compliance and reporting to maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in accounting, at least 1 year in AR, and proficiency with UBS, Excel and Word. You will work independently yet as part of the team, ensuring accurate billing and prompt collection

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Accounts Receivable or accounting experience.
• Familiar with e-Invoicing, SST requirements and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of UBS accounting system and proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, generate and distribute e-Invoices, invoices, debit notes, credit notes and statements of account accurately and on time.
• Issue and distribute official receipts promptly.
• Prepare SST listings and supporting records for tax submission.
• Record, verify and reconcile customer payments to ensure accurate accounting records.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Review customer accounts and billing arrangements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle customer billing enquiries and resolve payment discrepancies professionally.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team on outstanding payments and take appropriate collection actions.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
