Sedgwick Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable) in Malaysia to manage AR operations, collections follow-ups, and reconciliations. You will support month-end closing, prepare AR reports, and communicate with customers.

The role requires a diploma or degree in accounting/finance and 1–3 years of AR experience, with proficiency in ACCPAC or SAP. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work

Formación

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficient in accounting software such as ACCPAC or SAP.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and accuracy.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support full spectrum of AR activities including daily operations and collections follow-ups.
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly AR reports, aging analyses and collection updates.
• Disseminate monthly SOA and related communications to customers.
• Reconcile intercompany billing and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist in audits by providing AR documentation.
