Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create and reconcile invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and send bills to customers.
• Monitor daily communications and respond to customer queries.
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date; apply credits and collections.
• Prepare monthly subcontract charges and transport charges.
• Prepare monthly payment vouchers and update payment records.
• Prepare expense claims.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
• Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time.
