CHJ Property Sdn. Bhd. in Kedah, Alor Setar, seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support daily AR operations, issue invoices and debit/credit notes, and perform reconciliations. The role requires accuracy and collaboration with internal departments on billing matters.

The candidate will assist with E-invoice processes and maintain proper filing of finance documents, under the guidance of the HOD. This is an on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Assist in daily AR operations.
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes and credit notes when required.
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with internal departments on billing.
• Assist in E-invoice matter.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and proper filing of finance documents.
• Perform other AR-related duties as assigned by HOD.
