Job summary

DP Architects in Johor Bahru invites an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the finance team. You will manage invoicing, AR processes, monthly statements, and respond to invoice queries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across subsidiaries.

Key requirements include a Diploma in Accounts, at least 3 years in a similar role, strong English, and proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Chinese language is a plus for coordinating with vendors in China.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounts is required or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in AR/finance.
• Positive attitude, meticulous with details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, team-player.
• Fast learner and able to multi-task independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with computerized accounting software is an advantage.
• Good English proficiency; Chinese proficiency is a plus for vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable function and invoicing processes.
• Process billing requests and generate invoices accurately.
• Ensure invoices and credit notes are issued timely.
• Respond to invoice and billing queries as needed.
• Match and record receipts; maintain customer statements.
• Prepare audit schedules related to AR.
• Perform data entry and document verification.
• Maintain full set of accounts for subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• liaise with banking officers on banking matters.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax agents for audits.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks from management.
• Report to Head Office Finance in Singapore on a regular basis.
