Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own invoicing and collection activities for our billing operations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Project teams to keep charges accurate and disputes resolved on time. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in billing/AR, a Diploma in Finance or Accounting, and proficiency with Excel, SAP, and standard reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in billing, AR, collections, or finance operations.
• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Familiarity with AR systems and SAP is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and standard reporting tools.
• Experience with billing disputes and escalation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices based on validated charges and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections to resolution.
• Handle customer inquiries on invoice status, payment queries, and adjustments.
• Record collection activity and prepare status reports for management.
