You will verify billed items against orders, perform reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and assist with period-end closing.

• Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.
• Calculate rates paid for purchases and all price extensions.
• Verify items billed against items ordered and received and reconcile differences with vendors or other employees.
• Post financial data to accounts in the automated accounting system.
• Review online transactions for changes and accuracy and correct errors.
• Disburse funds using warrants or petty cash and make change per instructions.
• Endorse warrants or money orders, prepare deposits, and deposit money as directed.
• File and remove records and reports.
• Operate standard office equipment.
• Perform related work as assigned.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for entry accuracy and proper codes.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents according to policies.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial data.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical data to compile financial records.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial and accounting reports and tables.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and statements according to procedures.
• Address guests' service needs professionally and timely.
• Communicate clearly and review documents accurately; answer telephones with proper etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team objectives.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
