Job summary

Averis Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to support daily AP processing for multiple business groups. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with established procedures in a regional GBS environment.

Candidates with 1–2 years of AP experience and a degree in a related field are encouraged to apply, with relocation to Penang required for this on-site position.

• Experience of 1–2 years in a similar role is advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Provide Accounts Payable processing support across business groups.
• Process vendor and inter-company invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
• Handle recurring payment documents and month-end activities (reporting, GR/IR).
• Ensure timely, accurate AP transactions and SAP entries or rejections per procedures.
• Create and maintain vendor master data in the system.
• Coordinate with Cash Management and Business Groups for payments and approvals.
