Job summary

GST MALAYSIA PLT is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive in Penang who will manage accounts payable and a full set of accounts, while ensuring accurate reporting and timely closing. The role requires a solid understanding of accounting processes and the ability to multitask within a growing branding company environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Accounting, Finance or similar role.
• Good understanding of accounting, financial and reporting processes.
• Able to multitask, detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable, full set of accounts & other accounting related matters.
• Assist in month-end and year-end bank statements.
• Prepare EA form & submit Form E yearly.
• Prepare payment vouchers (bank & cash), sales invoices, debit & credits - checked & verified.
• Ensure all monthly disbursements and claims are supported by documents.
• Assist in Bank reconciliation.
• Support corporate tax submissions such as prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.
