Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Melaka team. This full-time role provides accounting and administrative support to ensure smooth finance operations, including processing accounts payable and data input to SQL modules.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong SQL and MS Office skills, and solid communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and MS Office suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable transactions.
• Assisting with the preparation of invoice mapping with Purchase Orders.
• Processing data input to SQL purchasing modules.
