Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an accounting assistant to perform data entry using SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll Software, perform bank reconciliation, and handle routine accounting and admin tasks at Setia Walk, Puchong.

Ideal candidates hold at least a Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) with 1 year of related experience and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in accounting or admin.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Data entry using SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll Software.
• Record receipts, payments and invoicing in the accounting system.
• Assist external auditors during annual audits.
