Novotel Johor Bahru City Centre, part of the Accor group, seeks an Accounts Payable Executive to manage invoices, payments, and related financial transactions in a hospitality setting. You will support daily finance operations, maintain records, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years of AP experience, a relevant accounting qualification, and a detail-oriented approach to handling supplier invoices, expense claims, and reconciliations.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years AP experience preferred.
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers & staff claims.
• Prepare monthly payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation.
• Record transactions and journal entries in SQL Accounting System.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper budget control.
• Assist in preparing monthly budget plan & expense tracking.
• Support bank reconciliation and cash flow planning.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit preparation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by superior.
