Job summary

EY Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support procure-to-pay within CBS Finance. You will process supplier invoices in SAP, manage payments via TT/ACH, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely, compliant processing and strong governance.

You will collaborate with business teams and finance colleagues, resolve invoice inquiries, assist with audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of AP operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of procure-to-pay processes and financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices in SAP (VIM), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review invoices from internal and external sources to ensure correct categorisation and recording.
• Perform payment processing and cash management activities by TT, ACH, and batch runs.
• Support petty cash administration, reimbursements, and float management.
• Collaborate with General Ledger and other teams to support reconciliations and cost recovery.
