Responsibilities

• Receiving invoices and entering the data into systems.
• Ensuring the invoice matches the purchase order, goods received, and/or services rendered, and that the amounts, quantities, and other details are correct.
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies found between the invoice and supporting documentation.
• Keeping accurate records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any outstanding issues.
• Identifying and following up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Communicating with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and with internal departments regarding payment status and related issues.
