Job summary

FOOD EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST SDN BHD is seeking an accounts payable professional to process vendor invoices and staff claims. You will respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile statements, and maintain organized filing while assisting in month-end closing and audit requests.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in accounting/finance, with experience in Accounts Payables and familiarity with accounting software. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting/finance or related field.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payables is advantageous.
• Experience with accounting software is preferred.
• Experience with bank facilities (Loan/Trade financing) is a plus.
• Must be accurate and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and manage payments.
• Process staff claims.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of documents.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requests.
• Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies and outstanding issues.
