Job summary

Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive-Accounts Payable (Beginner/Intermediate) to manage the full AP cycle, verify invoices, and assign accurate GL codes. The role involves timely payments, supplier communications, and supporting audits within a growing manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in AP or related accounting, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team while adhering to ISO and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting function; fresh graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable transactions, including invoice verification and GL code assignment.
• Oversee full AP cycle from invoice receipt to payment and reimburse claims.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal management on AP matters.
• Monitor creditor aging and prepare payment proposals.
• Review invoices to resolve payment inquiries and maintain records.
• Prepare and review cash flow reports and forecasts.
• Support internal/external audits and liaise with external parties.
