Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years accounting or finance experience.
• Shared service experience preferred.
• SAP/Blackline/Ariba experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process invoice matching and verify against purchase orders and receipts.
• Correspond with vendors and reconcile statements.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and flux analysis for payables.
• Research and resolve invoice/GRIR discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX controls.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Drive process improvement and automation in accounts payable.
