Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process invoice matching and verify with PO, DO/GR
• Correspond with vendors and reconcile statements
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and flux analysis for payables
• Investigate invoice/GRIR discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, policies and SOX controls
• Support internal and external audits
• Drive process improvement and automation in accounts payable
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned
