Job summary

You'll contribute to process improvements, handle balance sheet reconciliations, and support audits while leveraging SAP, Blackline and Ariba. Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or related field is a plus.
• 2-5 years accounting or finance experience.
• Shared service experience preferred.
• Experience in data analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoice matching and verifying with purchase orders, delivery orders/goods receipts.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries, reconciling supplier statements.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules including reconciliation of payments; flux analysis of payable accounts.
• Research and resolve invoice/GRIR discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, policies and SOX controls.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Drive process improvement and automation to streamline accounts payable processes.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
