Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join Palladium’s APAC Corporate team, supporting the regional finance function in managing day-to-day financial transactions.

The role focuses on processing supplier invoices, expense claims, and payments while maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to internal controls. Strong Excel and accounting fundamentals are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in teams.
• Highly developed organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and payment of supplier invoices, expense claims, and fast track payments.
• Set up new vendors and ensure documentation complies with company policies.
• Validate project and account codes, obtain approvals and enter data accurately.
• Maintain the credit card register and process acquittals in line with policies.
• Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox and respond to queries promptly.
• Upload and post weekly, semi-monthly and monthly regional field vouchers.
