Job summary

Enovix Malaysia is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk in Penang to join our fast-growing finance team. You will ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices, manage payments in line with policy, and maintain records with strict internal controls.

Reporting to the Malaysia Lead Accountant, you will support audits, work with Purchasing on discrepancies, and help drive efficiency in our shared service across US, Malaysia and India.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting; 1+ year AP experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices accurately.
• Process 3-way and 2-way invoice matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Process employee expense reports via Concur and ensure policy compliance.
• Support audits and SOX compliance related to accounts payable.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to accounting standards and regulations.
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our fast-growing accounting team. You will be an important contributor to the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. This position reports to Enovix Malaysia Lead Accountant. The role ensures vendor invoices are processed accurately and timely, payments are made in accordance with company policies, and financial records are maintained in compliance with internal controls and external regulations. You will be part of the AP Shared Service (covering US, Malaysia and India region).

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices accurately.
• Able to process 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders, receipts and invoices as well as 2-way matching of invoices without errors. Following up with vendors and internal team to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and work with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines, correcting errors, questioning abnormal expenses using Concur.
• Assist in providing support documentation for audits and SOX as it relates to accounts payable.
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, superior, and colleagues.
• Adhering to accounting standards and regulations.
• Perform special projects, other ad-hoc duties, as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Finance / Accounting is preferred 1+ years of experience in accounts payable. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with various ERP systems and in manufacturing industries is a plus
