allnex Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Intern to join the GBS Finance team. You will gain hands-on experience with AP processes, invoices, and general ledger data entry while learning from industry professionals who mentor and support you.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business.
• Available for a 6+ months internship.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Generate and process payments as necessary.
• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
• Execute accounts reconciliation.
• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
• Follow internal policies and procedures on all tasks assigned.

Position Overview

allnex is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive student to join the GBS Finance team as an Accounts Payable Intern! As an intern with allnex, you will get hands on experience in Accounts Payable processes, learn the ins and outs of financial operations, and work alongside industry professionals who are eager to mentor and support you.

Required Skills And Experience

• Available for a 6 months (or more) internship
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
• High sense of responsibility and accountability

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
