Job summary

allnex is seeking a Talent Development Intern based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, to gain hands-on experience in global learning initiatives across regions. You’ll support design, coordination and promotion of virtual programs while building skills in learning operations and employer branding.

You will collaborate with a multicultural Global Talent team, work on LMS-related tasks, and contribute to real projects that shape people development at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Interest in learning & development and promotional activities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, coordination and rollout of virtual global learning programs (leadership development, team workshops, e-learning content, live webinars)
• Help create and update virtual learning materials, manage training tracking, via our Learning Management System.
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt learning content for different regions and cultures.
• Provide general project management and administrative support to the Global Talent Development team.

Position Overview
