Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• >2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Experience with accounting software such as AutoCount, SAP, Oracle, or equivalents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese with suppliers, customers, or internal stakeholders is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices and payment documents.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and related documents.
• Code invoices and post expenses to correct accounts and cost centres.
• Prepare payment vouchers and schedules for approval.
• Process supplier payments according to terms and procedures.
• Maintain supplier accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
