Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional to manage full-set accounting, prepare monthly audits, and ensure accurate bank reconciliations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to work independently or in a team while meeting deadlines. Prior accounting experience and professional qualifications are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CAT is a plus.
• Candidates with relevant working experience have an advantage.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts and prepare monthly audit schedule.
• Bank reconciliation; monitor daily bank transactions for accuracy.
• Handle and review AR & AP transactions.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile the general ledger.
• Prepare and process payments.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers or other authorities.
