Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Manager to lead financial operations for a fast-growing short-term rental and homestay business. You will oversee full-set accounting, AP/AR, owner payouts, and monthly close while ensuring tax compliance and accurate reporting.

The role requires strong Mandarin communication with Mandarin-speaking owners and vendors, 5+ years in full-set accounting with team leadership, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Sheets.-office location

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken) required.
• 5+ years of full-set accounting experience and team management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with PMS such as Guesty or Hostaway is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Core Accounting: Manage AP/AR, vendor invoices, utilities, bank reconciliations, and monthly close.
• Tax & Compliance: Oversee local occupancy taxes, sales/tourist tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Owner Payouts & Revenue: Reconcile payouts from platforms; issue monthly host statements and disbursements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and expense reports for management.

About the Client

The clientis a fast-growing short-term rental and homestay management company dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for guests while maximizing rental yields for property owners.We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Manager to lead the financial operations, channel revenue reconciliations,property owner payouts, and daily full setaccounting functions.

Work Location: Cheras, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9.30am to 6.30pm)
Remuneration: RM 6,000 to RM 8,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Accounting: Manage AP/AR, vendor invoices, utility payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial close.
• Tax & Compliance: Oversee local occupancy taxes, sales/tourist tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Owner Payouts & Revenue: Reconcile payouts from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct bookings; issue monthly host statements and disbursements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and expense reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good command of Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking property owners and vendors.
• 5+ years of full-set accounting experience & managing a team (hospitality or real estate preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Guesty or Hostaway is a plus.
